The Batter's Box of the Quad Cities is Northwest Illinois' finest indoor/outdoor baseball and softball practice facility.

With over 9000 square feet under roof, and 16 foot ceilings, teams have the freedom to practice all facets of the game in well-lighted and heated comfort.

The building features 2 practice areas, one specialized for softball, and one for baseball. Each area has at least one dedicated pitching lane (2 on softball side), a full-length batting cage with pitching machine, and a fielding area. The nets for the pitching lanes and batting cages are retractable, allowing the entire floor space to be used for drills.

The Batter's Box Training Center is the newest addition to the facility. Opening in December, the Training Center is designed specifically for skill coaches, and will feature 2 batting cages and 3 pitching lanes for use by instructors working with individuals or small groups of players.

Finally, look for a fully stocked pro shop on site by the first of the year. The Batter's Box will carry bats, gloves, catcher's gear, and training products from a variety of manufacturers, including some product lines that have never been offered in the Quad Cities. The Batter's Box will give players an opportunity to do something that nobody else in the area can offer-try it before you buy it! Wonder what a specific bat will feel like? The facility also has a lighted outdoor batting cage/pitching lane, and a meeting room called "The Clubhouse" for teams to use for instructional time or relaxation. Vending machines are available in "The Clubhouse" for use by players and guests.

The Batter's Box of the Quad Cities is an appointment-only facility.
